I will return the three reels marked 1977, 1978 and 1979 for reprocessing together with new order 23198CF, which is being collected on Friday 7th January. I appreciate that only a small amount is missing at the top and bottom of each frame compared to Evermedia, however, my concern is how much Evermedia have missed off in addition.

Please accept my apologies for the delay. I understand you’ve phoned quite a few times to chase this up, for which I’m really sorry. I’m short on admin staff at present so am booking my own work in – which takes me a lot longer than it should!
