Does my subscription renew automatically?

Yes your subscription will automatically renew on your subscription date above

If I place a new order do I need to take another hosting subscription?

No you can place as many orders as you like and they will all be covered under one subscription.

If I add users do they have access to my account?

No users can only see the videos you have chosen to share with them. They do not get access to anything else.

If I cancel my hosting subscription can I renew in the future?

Unfortunately we cannot just turn your hosting back on. If you cancel, your videos will be deleted from the server. However you can send in your videos on a USB Stick and we can re-upload them and start a new hosting subscription. As this would be a new subscription any title changes you had made would be lost.

Can I download my videos as a backup?

Yes we store the original MPEG videos within your hosting package.

Can my users download my videos as a backup?

Yes users can also download the original MPEG videos.

Is this subscription a 100% guaranteed backup?

No nothing is 100% guaranteed.
